Start in Queenstown with the excellent cluster of Bardeaux, Minibar and Barmuda. These premium venues are all within 25m of each other. Previous bookings have included corporate functions and groups, where we have created a passport which can link a bar circuit together with or without drinks.
Barmuda has a lush private lounge suitable for 5 - 25 people that can be closed off and used as a 'base' for the evening.
We can organise food and this is passed on 'at cost' or we can arrange caterers.
Skybar is the perfect location for early evening cocktails and cheeseboards, moving into the evening this is where the party happens!
Harry's Sports bar can close off a number of pool tables specifically for a 'function challenge' and play back chosen footage on the big screens. We can also do a range of non-stop pizza slices, wedges and cold cut platters in house. Perfect for a boys night out or getting the entire office involved!

Large functions of up to 500 have been catered for in the past by grouping venues in Wanaka and Queenstown. In all cases, but Wanaka particularly, lots of notice (30 - 60 days) can assist us to get Special licenses and extend our closing hours for private functions.
In Wanaka, Post Office Lane utilises Barluga and Woodys with their large covered outside areas.
Like Harry's in Queenstown, Woody's can close off a pool table for your function and play back footage on the big screens.
The lane has hosted wrap parties for 500 people as well as winter after parties and 21st birthdays. The Cow and Botswana Butchery can of course also deliver onsite catering, or host you in their fine establishments.
In Arrowtown the New Orleans Hotel offers a fantastic menu and fine catering options. Fox's, below the New Orleans Hotel is always available for your next private function. With a recent upgrade it is looking great and allows you to create an exciting evening.
To top it all off, you could always head to the country. Take the Travelling Goodbar and some of our premium staff to lay on a function where ever you can drive!
